By accessing or using the ATRooms property management suite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a business or PG establishment, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Property owners and managers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all tenant records, rent figures, electricity meter units, and ledger reconciliations inputted into the platform.
When sending digital onboarding links or performing Aadhaar/DigiLocker verification, you affirm that the resident has consented to digital KYC verification in accordance with applicable Indian regulations.
We work to maintain 99.9% platform availability. Regular system maintenance and feature upgrades are deployed to continuously elevate stability and speed.
